Compensation: $200,000 – $225,000 + 30% Bonus + Sign-On Bonus
Location: San Antonio, TX | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Director of FP&A
- Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning across a large multi-site portfolio
- Develop revenue forecasts supporting multiple revenue channels including in-store, drive-thru, curbside, delivery, and digital ordering
- Partner directly with Operations leadership, Brand teams, and Executive Leadership to establish performance targets and financial strategy
- Build sophisticated financial models supporting new market expansion, new location openings, and long-term growth initiatives
- Lead scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and executive-level reporting for strategic decision-making
- Drive forecasting accuracy for bonus planning, operational performance, and company-wide financial initiatives
- Identify business risks, opportunities, and revenue optimization strategies across a complex operating environment
- Mentor, develop, and lead a team of FP&A professionals while building organizational capability
- Improve financial planning processes, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools
What They're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced financial credential strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience supporting large, multi-site operations
- 5+ years of direct people leadership experience, including development of high-performing teams
- Extensive experience supporting businesses with high unit counts and multiple revenue streams
- Experience within restaurant, hospitality, retail, convenience store, or other large consumer-facing multi-unit organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, strategic planning, and executive reporting
- Proven ability to influence senior operational stakeholders, including VPs and executive leadership
- Experience with advanced analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Data Lakes, or similar business intelligence platforms preferred
- Must be willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX and work onsite Monday through Thursday
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
