Position Summary: Director of Insights & Analytics (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Leadership
enterprise marketing and growth objectives.
insights, analytics, segmentation, brand measurement, competitive intelligence, and
campaign effectiveness.
dashboarding, and advanced analytics capabilities.
data leaders to ensure insights and analytics are aligned to organizational priorities.
understanding of audience needs, preferences, perceptions, behaviors, motivations, and
barriers.
needs, including:
dissemination processes.
access, experience, growth, and relationship-building initiatives.
consideration, preference, perception, differentiation, and reputation tracking.

Analytics Leadership
CRM Analytics and Lifecycle Measurement
Campaign Performance and Optimization

AI-Enabled Analytics and Insight Generation
Education: Bachelor's Degree, Masters Preferred. Business administration, marketing, business, public health, statistics, economics, social sciences, data analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years experience.
The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
