Reports to: Chief Science Officer

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Full Time or Part Time: Full-Time

Choice isn’t optional. It’s everything.

In life. In health. In how we fight for our future. But somewhere along the way, medicine forgot that. Today’s system runs on one-size-fits-all answers and a cold “just take this” mentality. It’s efficient. It’s easy. It’s wrong.

EVEXIAS exists to blow that model wide open.

We’re pioneering a new way of doing things, and it starts by handing the decision back to the people who matter... you and your provider. TOGETHER, you choose treatments tailored to your whole self: mind, body, and spirit—including advanced, personalized hormone therapies designed to restore balance and vitality.

We go beyond surface symptoms to uncover the root cause, using today’s breakthroughs to ignite a transition of modern medicine…where insight runs deeper, care is pro-active, and connection is everything. We dig deeper. Treat smarter. And restore something even more powerful than health—your Freedom. This isn’t just healthcare. It’s your comeback story, and that story starts with a choice.

Get Well. Live Well.

Role Overview

This foundational leadership role is responsible for building the Medical Education & Training Events function from the ground up. • Create and manage an outcomes framework (OKRs/KPIs) to track learner enrollment, completion, and implementation.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of directors, establishing strong leadership and accountability systems.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinical or professional education, CE/certification programs, or healthcare training.
  • Proven track record of building an educational function from early stages to scale, including budget management and process optimization.
  • Demonstrated ownership of large-scale in-person events and hybrid/digital education delivery.
  • Experience leading other leaders at the Director level.
  • Strong background in curriculum governance, faculty management, and learner experience design.
  • Experience creating practice implementation tools and business enablement content for healthcare providers.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapid-growth environment with evolving priorities.
  • Background in integrative, functional, or preventive care education is highly preferred.
