2Bridge has been engaged in the search for a Senior Director, Product. This is a newly created, board-sponsored opportunity for an executive-caliber product leader with deep expertise across traditional financial services and institutional blockchain technology.

OPPORTUNITY

Institutional finance is entering its next phase of transformation. The successful candidate will help shape enterprise products that enable regulated financial institutions to adopt blockchain-enabled infrastructure, tokenization, and distributed ledger technologies in commercially viable, operationally resilient ways.

ROLE SNAPSHOT

Initially operating as a senior individual contributor, this leader will partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives before assuming ownership of a significant product portfolio. Approximately 25–30% of the role is customer-facing with C-suite and Managing Director stakeholders, 25–30% is cross-functional leadership, and the remainder focuses on product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap execution.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

·      Translate institutional customer needs into scalable product strategy.

·      Influence executive stakeholders internally and externally.

·      Guide roadmap priorities, balancing commercial, regulatory, and technical considerations.

·      Partner with Engineering to deliver enterprise-grade financial technology.

·      Help bridge the gap between TradFi and institutional blockchain adoption.

IDEAL BACKGROUND

The strongest candidates earned credibility by first designing, architecting, or engineering complex financial systems before moving into product leadership. Experience may include trading platforms, payments, custody, market infrastructure, blockchain infrastructure, tokenization platforms, settlement systems, or other enterprise financial technologies. Technical depth and executive presence are equally important.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

·      10+ years across engineering, technical product management, or enterprise technology leadership.

·      Deep understanding of TradFi banking, capital markets, custody, payments, or market infrastructure.

·      Strong knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, digital assets, distributed ledger technology, and institutional adoption.

·      Ability to engage executive stakeholders while earning credibility with engineering teams.

·      Exceptional communication, commercial judgment, and strategic thinking.

LOCATION & COMPENSATION

Location: U.S. East Coast, UK, Switzerland, or EU. Periodic travel to Switzerland is expected. Compensation: USD $225K–275K (US) / CHF 180K–220K (CHF). Benefits vary by country of employment.
