Join our team as a Senior Director, Oracle Cloud Delivery and Architecture and lead the global delivery, architecture, and transformation of Oracle Cloud Finance solutions. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP while partnering with business leaders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle Cloud ERP Finance architecture, delivery, and implementation efforts

Drive finance transformation initiatives and technology strategy

Serve as the primary technology partner to System Integrators (SI)

Provide governance, quality oversight, and program leadership

Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and executive stakeholders

Ensure successful adoption, optimization, and operational excellence of Oracle Cloud solutions

Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Finance implementations

Strong enterprise architecture and business transformation expertise

Experience leading large-scale global programs and SI partnerships

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and financial systems leadership.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, with deep knowledge of Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Demonstrated success in multi-country Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion implementations.
• Proven success in migrating from legacy systems (Navision, PeopleSoft) to Oracle Cloud platforms.
• Strong technical expertise in Oracle Cloud architecture, including APIs, OIC, data migration, and security frameworks.
• Oracle Cloud certifications in Architecture and Financials.
• Experience with global rollouts and multi-country financial compliance.
• Familiarity with agile delivery, DevOps, and cloud-native design principles.

• Shapes and communicates a clear, future-focused vision for Oracle Cloud Fusion adoption and enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless system integration and business alignment.
• Leads the phased migration from Navision internationally and plan/execute on a longer-term migration from PeopleSoft domestically.
• Serve as the enterprise architect for Oracle Cloud platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated solutions across ERP, EPM and HCM.
• Partner with the HCM project leader to align architectural standards and integration strategies across global deployments.
• Define and implement best practices for Oracle Cloud configuration, extensibility, middleware (OIC), and data architecture.
• Oversee technical governance, compliance, and lifecycle management of Oracle Cloud applications.
• Establishes and manages strategic partnerships with Oracle and implementation partners and holds vendors accountable for performance, deliverables, and value creation.
• Leverages the broader Oracle ecosystem for innovation and capability expansion.
• Shapes and communicates a clear, future-focused vision for Oracle Cloud Fusion adoption and enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless system integration and business alignment.
