The company combines innovation and design to create standout products in a highly competitive, rapidly scaling category.Job DescriptionLead packaging innovation strategy, identifying new materials, formats, and finishes aligned with brand positioning and sustainability goalsOwn the end-to-end packaging development lifecycle from concept through commercialization across multiple product categoriesOversee complex tooling and manufacturing processes, including injection molding, custom components, and premium finishesBuild and manage a global supplier network, partnering closely on timelines, quality, and cost efficienciesAct as the key cross-functional partner across Product Development, Creative, Operations, and Finance to bring concepts to lifeLead and develop a high-performing packaging team, while building scalable processes and systems to support growthMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
