Provides strategic leadership in advancing pharmacy services through the integration of clinical quality, safety, and outcomes initiatives. Advances a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement within pharmacy services. Oversees the assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, procedures, and programs aimed at ensuring safe, evidence-based pharmacologic care across all healthcare settings. Provides oversight of the system drug diversion prevention, medication safety, medication use policy, and regulatory compliance and accreditation programs across the system. Serves as a key partner in institutional quality and safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.Job Description:

Pay Range is $236,641.60 to $378,622.40 / annual salary. Bay Area Pay Range is $268,902.00 to $430,248.00 / annual salary.
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
