In this position you will lead and expand multi-million-dollar client accounts while collaborating with some of the largest and most prestigious global Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences organizations.

YOU WILL
Lead large complex programs or multiple concurrent engagements with cross-functional teams of 10 people.
Drive business development account leadership and solution delivery change management project management and technology across the Life Sciences sector.
Develop creative client-focused solutions that deliver long-term success.
Build and leverage client and team relationships to drive results and fuel growth.
Identify and sell solutions that provide real value to clients through our holistic consulting approach.
Foster team growth by providing strong people leadership and mentorship ensuring the development of high-performing teams.
Demonstrate proactivity and take initiative in identifying opportunities solving challenges and driving continuous improvement.
WED IDEALLY LIKE
Demonstrable senior-level management consulting advisory professional services andor Big 4 consulting experience. Previous experience in Life Sciences is a plus.
Experience leading and growing multi-million-dollar client accounts with a proven history of delivering measurable results.
Ability to establish credibility build consensus and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proven ability to design simple solutions for complex challenges.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A track record of mentoring and developing talent with a focus on team growth and leadership.

This role requires working on the client site three days per week.
