About the Role
At H&R Block, Product Management is responsible for delivering delightful experiences that help clients achieve financial confidence through intuitive, effective, and differentiated solutions.
The Senior Director, Product Management -DIY Experiences will lead a core product pillar responsible for delivering the end-to-end experiences used by clients who choose to complete their taxes independently. This includes desktop, mobile, online human-assisted, and AI-enabled journeys that collectively create a seamless and confidence-building experience.
This role will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the DIY portfolio customer and business outcomes -translating customer insights, enterprise priorities and product strategy into high-quality, scalable experiences that drive client satisfaction, retention, unit and revenue growth. You'll be responsible for short-term outcomes as well as longer-term innovation, new capabilities and identifying growth opportunities.
You'll also be an integral part of the H&R Block Product Leadership team contributing to the overall product strategy, special initiatives and team culture.

Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
Pay Range
$187,500.00 - $312,500.00/Yr.
