Summary
Company is undergoing a transformation to modernize how data and AI are used to support stores, employees, and enterprise decision-making. The Sr. Director, Centralized BI & Stores Intelligence Product Management, will lead two critical portfolios: Centralized BI, a horizontal reporting service supporting Customer, Product, and Enterprise journeys, and Stores Intelligence, which delivers insights and analytics to store employees across the retail organization.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the product roadmap for Centralized BI and Stores Intelligence across Customer, Product, and Enterprise business journeys.
  • Drive the development and adoption of AI-assisted reporting, self-service analytics, and agentic BI capabilities.
  • Lead the integration of large language model (LLM)-powered features into production BI products, including:
    • Natural language query (NLQ)
    • Automated narrative generation
    • Anomaly detection and surfacing
  • Partner with the AI platform team to ensure BI products are built on a governed and scalable AI foundation.
  • Lead the consolidation of enterprise reporting capabilities into a centralized BI platform while maintaining service continuity and stakeholder confidence.
  • Translate complex business requirements into prioritized product roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Customer, Product, Enterprise, Stores, and technology teams to align product investments with business objectives.
  • Build strong peer-level partnerships with journey leaders and senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of product managers, journey leads, and execution partners located across multiple global regions.
  • Establish scalable operating models, governance processes, and execution frameworks to support long-term product growth.
  • Drive adoption of modern analytics capabilities and support the transition from traditional reporting to conversational and AI-enabled analytics experiences.
  • Operate effectively in a transformation environment, balancing strategic direction with execution excellence.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in technology-related roles.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise business intelligence, data products, analytics platforms, or product management.
  • Demonstrated experience building, leading, or managing AI-augmented analytics products.
  • Experience integrating LLM capabilities into business intelligence, analytics, or data-driven products.
  • Proven experience leading distributed and cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
  • Experience collaborating with senior executives and stakeholders at the leadership level.
  • Experience operating in complex transformation or modernization initiatives.
  • Retail or consumer industry experience preferred.
Required Skills
  • Product management expertise within enterprise BI, analytics, or data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, reporting solutions, and analytics product development.
  • Experience with AI-enabled analytics capabilities, including:
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    • Agentic workflows
    • Natural language query experiences
  • Hands-on knowledge of Power BI.
  • Experience with cloud-based data and AI platforms.
  • Ability to define and manage complex product roadmaps across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
  • Experience managing cross-functional product development initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience working with Vertex AI or similar enterprise AI platforms.
  • Knowledge of conversational analytics and agentic business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale reporting and self-service analytics environments.
  • Familiarity with modern data ecosystems and AI governance practices.
  • Retail or consumer-facing business experience.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $120.00 - $140.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
