Description

We are seeking a Senior Director, Product Marketing to lead growth for Microsoft’s endpoint security and management portfolio—spanning Microsoft Intune, Windows Enterprise, and Windows security—at a moment of significant market and technology transition. As enterprises modernize endpoints, adopt AI-powered workflows, and face increasing security complexity, this role will define how Microsoft wins at the intersection of device management, security, and AI.

This leader will own end-to-end business performance across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio—setting growth strategy, shaping category-defining narratives, and driving execution across Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Partners. A key mandate is to unify Windows, Intune, Security, and Copilot/AI into a differentiated, customer-centered value proposition that accelerates adoption, monetization, and market share. Success requires both strategic clarity and operational rigor: identifying the highest-impact growth bets (including AI-driven scenarios and new endpoint experiences), aligning cross-company execution, and building scalable systems that deliver results globally. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the future of endpoint computing in an AI- and agent-led era.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive portfolio growth strategy across Microsoft Intune, Windows Enterprise, and Windows security—prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities to grow revenue, usage, and share in enterprise and SMB segments.
  • Lead the integrated go-to-market system across acquisition, adoption, retention, and monetization—ensuring consistent execution from global strategy to field activation with clear accountability for business outcomes.
  • Own business performance end-to-end, with accountability for revenue growth, usage, attach, and market share—establishing clear KPIs and operating rhythms to drive continuous improvement.
  • Shape the category narrative by defining a unified value proposition across Windows, Intune, Security, and AI/Copilot—positioning Microsoft as the leader in secure, AI-powered endpoint computing.
  • Lead cross-company execution at scale, acting as the connective tissue across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Business Planning to drive aligned, high-velocity decision-making and delivery.
  • Incubate and scale next-generation growth bets, including AI-driven endpoint management scenarios, adjacent market opportunities, etc—taking them from concept to global adoption.
  • Drive competitive strategy and differentiation, translating market trends and competitive dynamics into clear actions that strengthen Microsoft’s position across endpoint management and security.
  • Build scalable models and execution systems, including planning rhythms, governance, and cross-functional processes that enable repeatable success across complex global initiatives.
  • Represent the business externally with customers, partners, and analysts—shaping perception and influencing industry direction for endpoint security and management.
