Compensation: Up to $220,000 Base + 30% Bonus + Relocation Assistance

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes.
• 
  
• Develop long-term financial plans and scenario models supporting growth, investment, and operational initiatives.
• 
  
• Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting to senior leadership and board stakeholders.
• 
  
• Analyze business performance, key metrics, and profitability trends to support strategic decision making.
• 
  
• Partner with Operations, Accounting, and cross-functional leaders to align financial objectives with business goals.
• 
  
• Enhance forecasting methodologies, planning tools, and reporting capabilities.
• 
  
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or related advanced credential strongly preferred.
• 
  
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance leadership roles.
• 
  
• Experience supporting large, multi-unit organizations, ideally with 500+ locations.
• 
  
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• 
  
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate financial insights to senior leadership.
• 
  
• Prior experience within restaurant, retail, hospitality, consumer services, or other multi-location operating environments is highly preferred.
