The Sr. Director, Corporate Development position is focused on acheiving the strategic growth efforts of Day & Zimmermann. The role advises the senior executive teams, working as an internal consultant to the business units, effectively acting as a Growth Champion and Strategic Thought Leader for the enterprise. This includes executing analytical projects that support CEO/LC objectives and advising on efforts to instill strategic growth mindset throughout the business. The role is also responsible for directing, developing and implementing the processes, tools, and analytics that optimize Day & Zimmermanns enterprise-wide, strategic planning and corporate development efforts, driving inorganic and organic growth.

In compliance with this states pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $146,480 - $219,720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
