Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source, screen and hire qualified candidates.
  • Accountable for proactive communication with current and potential applicants (internal and external candidates) to build sustainable talent pool. Experienced and comfortable sourcing passive candidates for open positions.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Guides stakeholders through the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Uncover top talent through various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, campus, professional organizations, networking and employee referrals.
  • Work within iCIMS Applicant Tracking System to submit candidates, track pipeline updates, manage metrics and success rates of recruiting initiatives.
  • Continually develop pipelines of talent for repeatable and/or high-volume needs while delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Oversee a team of recruiters within the West & Central regions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high level internal key stakeholders within the West & Central regions
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective recruiting strategy across your designated markets. 

This role will oversee Markets in our Central and West regions. This is a remote role with travel. This individual must be located in Central Time, Mountain Time or Pacific Time. 

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Human Resource Management or Business preferred. 10+ years of recruitment experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience of successfully sourcing accounting and finance candidates.
  • Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
  • Experience leading, guiding and developing a team of recruiters
  • Experience using specialist techniques (i.e. Boolean searching) to source candidates through active and passive channels. Proven success in utilizing social networking sites to successfully source candidates
  • Experience developing and executing a recruiting strategy
  • Recruiting experience for multiple business functions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employee interview techniques and applicable regulations including federal, state and city EEO and DOL laws required
  • Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle processes
  • Background in Property Management or hospitality recruiting a plus
  • Successful candidates will have a proven track record of recruiting success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
