Senior Director, Treasury
Position Summary
The Senior Director, Treasury is responsible for leading the Company''s treasury function, including liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, debt administration, treasury operations, financial risk management, and working capital optimization. This role partners closely with the Treasurer, CFO, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and business leaders to ensure the Company''s financial resources are effectively managed to support operational and strategic objectives.
The Senior Director, Treasury provides strategic leadership and oversight of treasury activities, drives process improvements and automation initiatives, strengthens financial controls, and develops strategies to optimize liquidity while managing risk. This position serves as a key advisor to senior leadership on treasury-related matters and contributes to the Company''s overall financial strategy.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $190,000 - $260,000.
