The Walmart Energy Infrastructure and Operations team is dedicated to enhancing resiliency, reducing energy costs, and ensuring operational safety across company assets. This team leads strategic initiatives by fostering collaboration across business areas to achieve shared goals. Utilizing financial analysis and business development expertise, members drive impactful partnerships and innovative solutions. They apply critical thinking and negotiation skills to address complex challenges while aligning with overall business strategies. Emphasizing safety and operational excellence, the team supports sustainable growth and advances Walmart’s energy management efforts through continuous improvement and effective leadership.

What you'll do...

• Manage AOP/LRP planning for the Energy Infrastructure and Operational teams
• Analyze costs, forecasts, and operational processes to optimize strategic business workstreams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, innovation, and sustainability within energy operations.
• Foster a culture of integrity, ethical conduct, and compliance across teams and partnerships.
• Build and develop highperforming teams through talent management, coachig,and succession planning.
• Cultivate strong internal and external relationships to support business goals.
• Communicate effectively to influence, motivate, and align stakeholders with business priorities.
• Oversee teams managing energy market positions in deregulated markets and bill pay operations

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, business, finance, or related area and 6 years’ experience in utility operations or related area.
8 years’ experience in utility operations or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
