Salary Range: $142,000 - $225,000

Job Description:

Work alongside a team of other A&M professionals to provide core accounting financial due diligence, help to identify key risks and potential deal breakers, assess the strength and weaknesses of the business against industry benchmarks and evaluate the potential transaction in the context of the client's investment strategy. Analyze detailed financial statement information including income statements, balance sheets, qualify of earnings, cash flow, working capital and operational data across a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, consumer, retail, restaurants, business and industrial services as well as healthcare, software & technology, energy and financial services in order to provide clients with an integrated due diligence approach. Synthesize and convert accounting and financial data into meaningful information that will be used to drive discussions with target management and drive observations and conclusions. Generate full due diligence reports and lead the Quality of Earnings, P&L and Working Capital analyses. Provide clients with A&M's integrated due diligence approach that goes beyond traditional Quality of Earning analysis and focuses on key value drivers for clients that combine our deep operational, functional and industry expertise with Big Four quality financial accounting and tax services to drive value through the investment life cycle. Develop an in-depth understanding of the client's processes, financial position, and key operational performance drivers. Identify improvement of an organization's overall performance and enterprise value. Effectively manage the client interaction and relationships, prioritize team responsibility, display a core understanding of A&M TAG services, gather applicable conflict check information, and assist Managing Directors with business development efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting and minimum 7 years of audit or financial accounting due diligence experience at a top accounting firm. CPA designation or foreign equivalent required. Must have experience working with the following: US GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting, and purchase accounting; audit and transaction advisory including managing diligence for cash flow forecast and credit agreements; assessing key business operational performance drivers including ARR and revenue retention analyses; performing core financial due diligence analyses including quality of earnings, net working capital, and indebtedness; reviewing purchase agreements for key financial terms; assessing the achievability of financial forecasts; and building and assessing 3-statement financial models.
