Job DescriptionPartner with intermediary distribution leadership to maximize the effectiveness of our growing sales organization. As the trusted CRM business partner for the intermediary channel, you will own data stewardship across SalesVision, FINTRX, Broadridge, and our broader Salesforce ecosystem — translating sales needs into platform improvements and ensuring our CRM delivers reliable insight as we scale our distribution footprint.This role sits at the intersection of sales, data, and technology. You will be the day‑to‑day point of contact for the sales team, sales leadership, and the marketing team, building trust through responsive, hands‑on support. One day you might be untangling a hierarchy mismatch between SalesVision and Salesforce; the next, configuring a new dashboard for sales leadership, building campaign audiences for an upcoming marketing initiative, or rolling up your sleeves to clean up legacy data debt.The ideal candidate is a hands‑on operator with deep asset management distribution experience and strong Salesforce admin foundations — someone who is equally comfortable in a sales conversation and in the platform itself, and who is excited to grow their technical depth over time. If you are the type of person who likes to tinker, ask why, and follow through until something works the way it should, we want to hear from you.Essential ResponsibilitiesServe as the day‑to‑day CRM point of contact for the sales team, sales management, and the marketing team — building trust through responsive, hands‑on supportTranslate sales and marketing feedback into Salesforce improvements, scoping work to match the right level of complexityEnable marketing campaigns through audience segmentation, list builds, campaign tracking setup, and integration with marketing toolsProvide CRM and data support for sales planning initiatives such as territory definition, coverage models, and sales team designMaintain data quality and reconciliation across SalesVision, FINTRX, Broadridge advisor scoring, and internal BI sources, investigating discrepancies in firm hierarchies, advisor records, CRD mapping, and ownership dataApply data governance standards consistently across the intermediary channel and flag systemic issues for resolutionMaintain integrations with third‑party data sources and metro/market territory definitions, escalating complex technical work appropriatelyOwn day‑to‑day Salesforce administration in support of intermediary sales workflows — users, profiles, permissions, page layouts, fields, list views, reports, and dashboardsBuild and maintain reports and dashboards that give sales, marketing, and leadership clear visibility into pipeline, coverage, campaign performance, and channel trendsConfigure and improve the platform iteratively using declarative tools (flows, validation rules, formula fields), prioritizing technical debt and cleanup based on business impactWork effectively with sales, marketing, technology, BI, and compliance teams on CRM initiatives, providing constructive subject matter expertise on data structure, platform capabilities, and the implications of design choices.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field required5‑7 years of business/sales analysis experience requiredHands‑on Salesforce administration experience with demonstrated ability to configure the platform using declarative toolsAsset Management industry experience required, particularly within intermediary distribution channelsHands‑on Salesforce administration experience — comfortable owning day‑to‑day platform configuration including users, profiles, permissions, page layouts, fields, list views, reports, and dashboardsWorking knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools (flows, validation rules, formula fields) with willingness and ability to develop deeper Salesforce expertise on the jobAdvanced data analysis skills with demonstrated ability to query complex databases, work with large datasets, and produce reliable reporting for senior leadershipStrong written and verbal communication; ability to deliver high‑quality reports and explain complex data clearly to senior leadership and non‑technical stakeholdersProblem‑solving mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into platform solutionsDemonstrated curiosity and aptitude for learning new technical tools and systemsTrack record of building trusted relationships and collaborating effectively across sales, technology, and operational teamsDetail‑oriented with strong prioritization skills and a track record of demonstrated initiative and persistenceProficiency in MS Office#LI-HK1A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at time of posting is below.
