Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

Location: Richmond, VA 23219
Employment: W2 Contract | Up to $82/hour
Duration: Through June 30, 2027
Schedule: Hybrid—four days in office per week for the first two months, then one day per week.
Interviews: Webcam and in person.

Build enterprise solutions with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Power Platform. We’re seeking a hands-on senior developer who can lead technical delivery, turn business requirements into practical solutions, and improve platform performance and reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Lead solution design, customization, development, deployment, and support.

• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and create prototypes.

• Develop forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, business process flows, and integrations using .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, Azure, and Power Platform.

• Configure standard and premium connectors, test solutions, and resolve technical issues.

• Guide platform governance, licensing, and application lifecycle management; maintain documentation and improve processes.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams and provide on-call or after-hours support as needed.

Required Experience

• 8+ years: Dynamics 365 Customer Service solution development and customization, including forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, and business process flows.

• 5+ years: Dynamics 365 technical leadership.

• 5+ years: Custom development with .NET, JavaScript, and C#.

• 3+ years: Power Platform and Dataverse.

• 3+ years: Standard and premium connectors in Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Experience with Power Pages, SQL, Azure, platform licensing, and governance.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and across teams.

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years: Power Platform/Dynamics 365 DevOps, including Power Platform Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.

• 5+ years: Data integration and migration using Azure Data Factory and SSIS.
