Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
CRM development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting CRM solutions to enhance business processes and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Configure entities, workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and security roles.
Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and integrations using C#, .NET, and Web APIs.
Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues.
Perform unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices for CRM development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development with Sales, Service and F&O modules.
Strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Power Platform.
Experience with plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and custom APIs.
Knowledge of Azure services and CRM integrations & Copilot experience
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
