Job Summary for Senior eCommerce Analyst
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics to provide insights on website performance, user engagement, conversion metrics, and visitor behavior.
- Analyze website user behavior, purchase patterns, and conversion funnels to identify trends, gaps, friction points, and opportunities for optimization.
- Utilize web analytics and database systems to investigate and report on user experiences, including A/B test results and segment/touchpoint differences.
- Identify and analyze points of user friction or drop-off in the customer journey, conducting root cause analysis and recommending solutions for growth.
- Communicate performance updates and analytical findings effectively in weekly meetings and other forums.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc requests for data and insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with BI, product, and eCommerce teams to translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging analytics techniques, especially related to Adobe Analytics.
- Support organizational goals by performing other related duties as assigned.
- Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent direct experience; 5-7 years in web analytics, preferably with Adobe Analytics; advanced experience with databases/BI systems (e.g., Oracle SQL, Databricks); proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI a plus).
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment.
