The eLearning Specialist designs and delivers innovative, high-impact digital learning solutions that drive business performance and support the evolving needs of today's workforce. This role combines instructional design expertise, digital content development, and data-driven decision-making to create engaging, accessible, and inclusive learning experiences.
In close partnership with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and business leaders, the eLearning Specialist assesses learning needs and aligns solutions with organizational priorities. By leveraging modern design practices and emerging technologies, (including AI and learning analytics) this role ensures learning solutions are effective, scalable and efficient. The eLearning Specialist applies best practices in adult learning theory, user experience design, and digital innovation to continuously enhance the learner experience and deliver measurable impact.
Work Arrangement: This position is able to work onsite or hybrid at our Headquarters in East Lansing, MI.
Schedule/Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm ET.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
Level I: $56,000-68,000+, dependent on experience
Level II: $61,000-76,000+, dependent on experience
Senior Level: $77,000-95,000+, dependent on experience
