Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience, technical expertise, industry background, and overall qualifications.

Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Design medium and low voltage power distribution, control systems, transformers, lighting, VFDs, MCCs, switchgear, and related industrial electrical systems
- Develop single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, cable schedules, and electrical layouts
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and designers
- Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Provide occasional field support, site visits, and construction assistance (approximately 20% travel)

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- PE License required
- 5+ years of electrical design experience in industrial, chemical, or process manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of NEC and industrial power distribution systems
- Experience with ETAP, SKM, or EasyPower, including short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Familiarity with P&IDs and electrical design documentation
- Ability to obtain and maintain NCEES record and multi-state licensure
- Must reside in the Greater Dayton area and be willing to commute to the office
