Job Type and Duration: Direct-Hire - Hybrid
Pay range: $103,000 - $140,000
Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design projects across a variety of industries, including Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Biotech, and Transportation
- Design and develop innovative electrical systems that align with project requirements, codes, and best practices
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand project needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful project outcomes
- Mentor and support junior engineering and design staff, promoting high-quality deliverables and professional growth
- Partner with MEP leadership to support overall project execution, including planning, coordination, and ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Qualifications/Requirements:- BS, Electrical Engineering
- A Professional Engineering License (PE)
- 5+ years' experience in MEP design/consulting and/or Project Management
- Complete understanding of building codes
- Thorough design system knowledge
- Experience with Revit - strongly preferred
