Perform microcontroller bring‑up and design, ensuring reliable integration within avionics and embedded systems
Troubleshoot complex issues spanning electrical hardware and embedded software using lab equipment and basic software debugging tools
Design and integrate power management systems, including power regulation, distribution, and protection
Develop avionics payloads and subsystems, including sensors, payload interfaces, power systems, and networking
Create system interconnect diagrams and define wire harnesses connecting electronic equipment within subsystems
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers to deliver mission‑critical products
Participate in and lead peer‑level and cross‑disciplinary design reviews
Support development, deployment, and sustainment of fielded hardware
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex electronic systems
Experience performing power system and electrical loading analysis, simulation, and validation
Strong hands‑on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, electronic loads, logic/spectrum analyzers)
