Job Description

Senior Electrical Engineer

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of complex electrical systems across diverse, large-scale projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to drive innovative, high-performance solutions. You will serve as a technical leader, ensuring alignment between project objectives, design excellence, and Performance-Based Design principles. Through mentorship, technical expertise, and client engagement, you will shape project success while contributing to the growth of both people and practice

This is a Direct Hire Hybrid position with a compensation range of $ 130 ,000 – 140 ,000 based on years of experience. Excellent benefits and sign on and annual bonus programs. Located in Charlotte, NC
