This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead electrical design projects across residential, commercial, and high-rise developments throughout South Florida. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation in MEP engineering, proven project leadership experience, and a collaborative mindset to deliver exceptional design quality and client service.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage electrical design projects from concept through construction administration, ensuring technical accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfactionDevelop electrical plans, specifications, and details for residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings using Revit and AutoCADOversee design coordination with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural)Perform load calculations, lighting and power distribution layouts, grounding systems, and code compliance analysisReview and seal drawings as a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer (PE)Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and design teams throughout the project lifecycleMentor junior engineers and designers, fostering technical growth and quality standardsManage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to internal processes and industry best practicesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field5–10 years of progressive design experience at MEP engineering firmsStrong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for electrical system design and documentationDemonstrated experience managing projects in residential, commercial, and high-rise sectorsExcellent communication and coordination skills with clients and internal teamsBilingual in Spanish strongly preferredAbility to work on-site full-time in Fort Lauderdale (not a hybrid role)What We Offer:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plansOpportunities for professional growth and advancementCollaborative, team-oriented work environment with a focus on design excellence#J-18808-Ljbffr
