**Job Responsibilities** Creare, a leader in cutting-edge RandD, develops new technologies and provides analysis, design, experimental, computational, product, and consulting services to industry and government, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Engineer. We are seeking a Senior Engineer to lead business development and program management efforts while driving new product development. The ideal candidate will have experience in power electronics, space electronics, and/or defense systems, and will be responsible for leading new product development, managing programs from concept to delivery, and driving growth in key technical areas. - Lead product development initiatives, focusing on power electronics, space and defense systems. - Manage complex, high-stakes programs from concept through execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including RandD, sales, and manufacturing, to deliver innovative solutions. - Serve as a key technical expert, providing guidance on power electronics and advanced systems. - Develop and execute business strategies to expand market presence and identify new growth opportunities. - Lead proposal development for new projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the defense and aerospace industries. - Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful program outcomes. **Professional Requirements** - Master's degree or Ph.D. (preferred) in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. - Extensive experience in business development and program management, ideally within the defense, aerospace, or high-tech sectors. - Proven leadership experience managing complex programs and cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for aerospace and defense products (e.g., AS9100). - Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness for a leadership role in Creare.
