    Your Opportunity

    The Senior Electrical Engineer candidate will apply building electrical engineering principles, your superior client service skills, and project management best practices to deliver projects that meet project requirements, exceed client expectations, and meet project financial and other objectives. Working within our thriving Industrial buildings practice, you will contribute to project delivery standards and work processes, provide quality control, workload forecasting, financial performance accountability, and collaboration with other disciplines.

     

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful execution
    • Work collaboratively with project leaders, architects, design partners, peers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics, and develop innovative and practical solutions, and meet the projects conditions of satisfaction.
    • Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve project milestones
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address any issues that may arise.
