Senior Electrical Engineer

In this pivotal role, you will guide the planning, assessment, and execution of electrical solutions for a diverse range of initiatives, ensuring they meet established standards and fulfill client specifications. You'll take charge of significant discipline work across sizable projects and may also manage some projects from a leadership perspective.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Over seven years of advancing experience within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) realm, particularly focused on healthcare or academic institution projects.
- Proficient use of engineering software tools.
- Advanced understanding of industry codes, standards, and quality assurance/quality control methods.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage in staff development, and provide guidance to junior engineers.
- Skilled in crafting technical documents and contributing to proposals.
