Electrical Engineer

Job Description
- Design and develop electrical circuits and PCBs for power and control systems
- Lead products from early R&D through production release
- Build and test prototypes; define and execute validation plans
- Support certification and compliance testing for new designs
- Partner with manufacturing on first builds, test fixtures, and process improvements
- Investigate field issues and drive root-cause corrective actions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical product development experience
- Strong background in power electronics, LED drivers, or similar systems
- Proficiency with PCB design tools and ECAD data management
- Excellent lab and debugging skills at the circuit level
- Experience supporting UL or similar safety certifications preferred
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a production environment
