Senior Engineer, Electrical

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and serve as the electrical engineering authority across multiple programs and technology initiatives.
- Serve as a hands-on contributor in architecture development, design, integration, prototype build, testing, troubleshooting, and production transition activities.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle.
- Lead the development and integration of advanced electrical systems.
- Drive technical problem-solving and root-cause investigations for complex system and component issues.
- Establish technical approaches, engineering processes, and execution frameworks where mature infrastructure may not yet exist.
- Interface directly with customers, program managers, and senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of electrical engineering leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, integrating, and testing complex electrical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to create structure and drive execution in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, technologies, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Self-motivated mindset with a demonstrated ability to operate independently and deliver results with limited processes, resources, or oversight.
- Experience collaborating directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prior experience mentoring and developing engineers and technical teams.
- Working knowledge of software development and system integration principles.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.
- Twelve (12) + years of relevant engineering and technical leadership experience.
- Experience supporting proposal development, technology roadmaps, and business growth initiatives.
- Active U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.
