Description
Senior Engineer, Electrical Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and serve as the electrical engineering authority across multiple programs and technology initiatives.
Serve as a hands-on contributor in architecture development, design, integration, prototype build, testing, troubleshooting, and production transition activities.
Oversee the complete product lifecycle.
Lead the development and integration of advanced electrical systems.
Drive technical problem-solving and root-cause investigations for complex system and component issues.
Establish technical approaches, engineering processes, and execution frameworks where mature infrastructure may not yet exist.
Interface directly with customers, program managers, and senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
Minimum of seven (7) years of electrical engineering leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience designing, building, integrating, and testing complex electrical systems.
Demonstrated ability to create structure and drive execution in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, technologies, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Self-motivated mindset with a demonstrated ability to operate independently and deliver results with limited processes, resources, or oversight.
Experience collaborating directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Prior experience mentoring and developing engineers and technical teams.
Working knowledge of software development and system integration principles.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Twelve (12) + years of relevant engineering and technical leadership experience.
Experience supporting proposal development, technology roadmaps, and business growth initiatives.
Active U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.
