Senior Electrical Engineer

Take charge of the entire lifecycle of electronic product development, from initial idea to market launch, while also enhancing existing designs. This hands-on role offers real ownership and diverse responsibilities. Your core duties include spearheading innovative electrical/electronic design projects, crafting schematics, prototyping, and refining designs. You'll independently manage project schedules, budgets, and quality goals while designing and testing both rapid and traditional prototypes for performance and reliability. Responsibilities include drafting product specifications, developing test strategies, and conducting both feasibility and competitive analyses. You'll tackle complex technical challenges, generate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and ensure comprehensive documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, operations, and supplier management for efficient tooling, assembly, and planning.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Electronics Engineering Technology (BSET), or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of experience in electrical design engineering, particularly in consumer products.
- Proficiency in using schematic design tools and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Proven track record of progressing products from conceptual sketches to ready-for-manufacturing designs.
- Strong capabilities in financial modeling and New Product Development (NPD) processes.
- Adept problem solver with keen analytical skills and excellent communication.
