Senior Electrical Engineer

This position offers a dynamic opportunity to drive the complete product development process, taking innovative electronic solutions from an initial idea to full-scale production, while enhancing existing technologies. You will engage in a hands-on, leadership role responsible for spearheading electronic and electrical design projects, ensuring precise schematic development, prototype creation, and iterative design enhancements. Effective project management will be key, as you'll independently oversee timelines, budgets, and quality objectives. Additionally, you'll design, fabricate, and appraise prototypes for optimal performance and dependability.

Drafting product specifications, test protocols, and verification documents will fall under your purview, along with conducting feasibility assessments and competitive analyses. Your role will involve problem-solving complex electrical issues from development through post-production and managing engineering change orders to maintain accurate documentation. Collaboration across departments, including manufacturing and supplier interaction, is crucial to achieving smooth tooling, assembly, and capacity strategies.

Required credentials include a BSEE, BSET, or equivalent, backed by over five years of experience in electrical design engineering, preferably in consumer product industries. Proficiency in schematic interpretation, design simulations, analysis, and CAD tools is essential. You should be adept at transforming rudimentary concepts into viable, manufacturable designs, supported by an understanding of financial modeling. A proactive problem-solver, you must communicate effectively and demonstrate sound analytical skills.
