Senior Electrical Engineer

Join our dynamic team and oversee the entire lifecycle of product development, from ideation to release, for cutting-edge electronic innovations. As a key player, your role will be hands-on, fostering improvements to existing products while contributing to new designs.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass pioneering electronic design processes from inception through production, developing schematics, and managing prototypes. You'll independently drive project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring alignment with product specifications. The role demands fabricating and assessing both rapid and traditional prototypes for optimal performance and dependability.

Your expertise will guide feasibility analysis, competitive benchmarking, and design qualification processes. You'll adeptly resolve intricate electrical challenges during development and post-launch phases and handle engineering documentation and change orders with precision. Collaboration with manufacturing, operations, and external suppliers on tooling and assembly is key to our success.

Qualifications include a BSEE, BSET, or equivalent, coupled with over five years of experience in electrical design, particularly with consumer products. Mastery in schematic interpretation, design tools, and taking concepts from draft to production-ready is expected. Familiarity with financial modeling and New Product Development (NPD) is required.
