    • Or, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and 6 years of electrical engineering experience.

    • EPC project experience preferred.

    • Expert knowledge in standard engineering techniques and procedures. Strong knowledge of electrical equipment design and applicable codes and standards, including NEC, IEEE, API, ANSI, NEMA, NFPA, and client/site standards. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Medium-voltage power distribution experience preferred, including specification or design of switchgear, motor control centers, transformers, protective schemes, and related electrical equipment.

    • Experience performing or reviewing power system studies using SKM, ETAP, or similar software, including short-circuit, load flow, motor starting, protective device coordination, grounding, and arc flash studies.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Experience leading discipline design and project execution for large or complex projects, including delegating work tasks, coordinating with other disciplines, managing deliverables, mentoring team members, and resolving issues in a collaborative environment.

    • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
