Johnson Service Group (JSG) is recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineerto join a growing multidisciplinary engineering team in New Orleans, LA.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer to take on a leadership role, mentor junior staff, and manage projects from concept through construction.
You will be responsible for leading projects across all phases by interfacing with clients, providing technical expertise, and managing project teams and schedules to achieve successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee electrical engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Supervise and mentor electrical engineering staff.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Interface directly with clients and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate electrical engineering efforts with other disciplines.
• Provide technical expertise and ensure high-quality project execution.
• Contribute to staff development and ongoing technical training.
• Support projects of varying sizes and complexity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of experience in an architecture/engineering (A/E) environment.
• Demonstrated success managing engineering projects.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of related engineering disciplines and multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-management skills.
