The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and possess a professional engineering license, although consideration will be given to those with an EIT certification and significant experience. A background of over nine years in the AEC industry, with a specialization in either healthcare or higher education, is highly valued. The role demands proficiency with engineering software, an advanced understanding of industry regulations and QA/QC processes, and a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams. Additional responsibilities include staff development, mentorship, and contributing to technical writings and proposals.
