Senior Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated engineering professional with expertise ranging from intermediate to principal in designing and pioneering analog/mixed-signal circuitry, motion control, and power electronics. The role will adapt based on your technical caliber and prior experience. **Key Duties**

- Innovate, engineer, and validate high-performance analog/mixed-signal and motion control hardware systems.
- Engage extensively in all stages of product lifecycle—from requirement analysis, development, verification, to full production support.
- Execute complex circuit simulations, rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and design improvements.
- Work cross-functionally with diverse engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of designs.
- Enhance existing products while spearheading new product developments and fostering continuous enhancements.
- For senior-level roles, offer strategic technical leadership, mentor emerging engineers, and guide pivotal project decisions.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's Degree favored for senior positions.
- Minimum of 3 years for entry-level; 7+ years for senior, 15+ for principal roles.
- Proficiency in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, familiar with A/D and D/A converters, signal conditioning, amplifiers, and control circuits.
- Experienced in cutting-edge power electronics, such as DC/DC converters, inverters, with technologies like MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, or GaN.
- Skillful in motion control systems including BLDC motor control and advanced feedback mechanisms.
- Comfortable with simulation and circuit design tools including LTspice, PSpice, OrCAD, and similar software.
- Understanding of thermal management, EMI, and reliability analysis is advantageous.
- Must meet U.S. Person status requirements or be eligible for applicable U.S. export licensing.
