Your impact
Our top ENR-ranked Ports & Maritime team is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the delivery of projects that expand, modernize, optimize, and decarbonize marine cargo and passenger terminals, urban waterfronts, and maritime industrial facilities worldwide. You'll join a team passionate about developing innovative solutions that move people and goods safely and efficiently through marine transportation facilities, enhancing global trade and connectivity.
Your efforts will be focused on the design and implementation of electrical systems that support the electrification and decarbonization of public and private cargo terminals, as well as the design of electrical distribution and lighting systems for these facilities. Working alongside multidisciplinary engineers, planners, and project managers, you'll apply your technical expertise to develop and review electrical plans, drawings, specifications, reports, cost estimates, and design calculations that support successful project delivery.
In addition to project execution, you'll contribute to proposals, studies, and pursuits involving waterfront electrification, low- and medium-voltage power systems, and emerging technologies supporting the future of ports and maritime infrastructure. You'll also have opportunities to collaborate across Jacobs' global network of transportation, industrial, energy, and water professionals, gaining exposure to a diverse range of projects while expanding your technical expertise and professional growth.

The base salary range for this position is $130,000.00 to $165,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
