Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineering Project Manager
Location: Newton, MA 02466
Duration: 12 Months

Shift: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Job Description:
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering and product development, including leadership of complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
- Proven track record managing hardware, firmware, systems, verification, and regulatory activities from concept through commercialization.
- Expertise in requirements management, risk management, design controls, verification/validation, supplier management, and design transfer.
- Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams, driving technical decision-making, managing schedules and budgets, and communicating with executive leadership.
- Background in regulated industries such as medical devices, robotics, aerospace, or industrial automation.
Education:
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering required.
- Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, or MBA preferred.
- Additional training or certifications in Program Management (PMP), Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Systems Engineering are highly desirable.
Executive One-Liner:
- Senior Electrical Engineering Project Manager with 8+ years of experience leading complex hardware and system development programs, combining deep technical expertise with strong program leadership to drive product development, risk management, and successful product launches.
