The Role

Lead the estimating process from drawings to final proposal for new construction electrical projects - an entrepreneurial, builder's role as the team scales.

Summary of What You'll Be Doing

• Reviewing drawings/specs and running full electrical takeoffs
• Building labor & material estimates, pricing scope, and preparing bid proposals
• Coordinating with vendors, subs, and GCs to nail down pricing
• Helping build out estimating templates and processes as the company grows

What You'll Need

• 7+ years electrical estimating, new construction
• Journeyman min; Master Electrician preferred
• Ground-up retail estimation experience
• Proficiency in Accubid, ConEst, Bluebeam, or PlanSwift
• Strong network across electrical contractors, suppliers, and GCs
