Job Overview:
The Senior Electrical Evaluator & Trainer is responsible for assessing apprentice competency and delivering electrical training within a registered apprenticeship program in a solar construction environment. This role ensures apprentices develop the technical skills, safety practices, and code knowledge required to perform electrical work in compliance with NEC, OSHA, DOL, and company standards.
The position combines hands-on field evaluations, classroom instruction, and real-time coaching, while partnering with field leadership to support workforce development. The Electrical Evaluator & Trainer plays a critical role in qualifying apprentices, reinforcing safe work practices, and building a skilled, job-ready electrical workforce across multiple job sites through regular travel.

$90,000- $115,000
