Immediate need for a talented Senior Electrical Preconstruction Manager. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Chicago, IL/ Westmont, IL/ Austin, TX, Minneapolis, MN(Hybrid). Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical preconstruction and estimating efforts for mission-critical/data center projects. Develop conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and cost models. Perform electrical quantity takeoffs and scope reviews. Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor pricing. Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and procurement planning. Partner with project teams, owners, architects, and engineers during preconstruction. Assist with project scheduling, cost forecasting, and risk evaluation. Mentor junior estimators and support business development efforts.
