Your impact

• Run multiple electrical projects end-to-end, delivering on scope, schedule, and cost.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners (engineering, procurement, construction) to keep plans on track.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, and resource loading.
• Lead regular checkpoints to surface progress, resolve challenges, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Deliver executive-ready status reports and communications.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and internal policies.
• Coach junior project managers and team members to elevate outcomes.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience within electrical engineering.
• History of delivering large-scale electrical projects successfully.
• Fluency in project methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP practices, Agile approaches).
• Exceptional communicator and collaborator across diverse teams.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Thrives in fast-paced settings; skilled at juggling multiple priorities.
• Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
