Your morning starts with a quick sync across engineering, procurement, and construction to align scope, schedule, and resources. Midday, you pressure-test timelines and budgets, adjust allocations, and knock down risks before they grow. By afternoon, you brief senior stakeholders with crisp status updates, decisions, and next steps. Along the way, you uphold safety and standards, unblock your team, and mentor emerging project leaders.
Your impact
Run multiple electrical projects end-to-end, delivering on scope, schedule, and cost.
Coordinate cross-functional partners (engineering, procurement, construction) to keep plans on track.
Build and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, and resource loading.
Lead regular checkpoints to surface progress, resolve challenges, and keep stakeholders informed.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks.
Deliver executive-ready status reports and communications.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and internal policies.
Coach junior project managers and team members to elevate outcomes.
What you bring
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
5+ years of project management experience within electrical engineering.
History of delivering large-scale electrical projects successfully.
Fluency in project methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP practices, Agile approaches).
Exceptional communicator and collaborator across diverse teams.
Sharp problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Thrives in fast-paced settings; skilled at juggling multiple priorities.
Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
