The successful candidate will play a key role in driving project success from mobilisation through to commissioning and final handover.Job Description Lead project mobilisation, planning, and execution across electrical worksTake full ownership of project scope, programme, and delivery targetsManage and coordinate labour resources, including direct teams and specialist subcontractorsOversee project progress, maintaining regular reporting on programme status, risks, and mitigation actionsManage RFIs, technical queries, and submittals to ensure timely resolution and approvalsIdentify and manage variations and change control processesLiaise closely with main contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryCoordinate procurement of plant, equipment, and materials in line with project requirementsMonitor and drive programme performance, identifying and mitigating delaysLead commissioning planning and oversee execution to ensure successful system deliveryManage snagging, quality control, and ensure a high standard of finishLead the project handover process, ensuring all documentation and deliverables are completeMaintain project documentation and communication through K&M systemsAttend and lead project meetings with site teams, subcontractors, and clientsDrive continuous improvement and identify value engineering or innovative solutionsQualifications Trade or Engineering qualification in Electrical disciplineMinimum 7–10 years' experience in construction or project management within building servicesProven experience delivering large-scale electrical or MEP projectsStrong commercial awareness and understanding of project cost controlExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Information Experience delivering projects within sectors such as Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, or IndustrialExperience managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractorsStrong understanding of commissioning and project close-out processesExperience working within a project-based, multi-site environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
