Senior Electrical Project Manager Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of electrical commercial construction experience. This critical leadership role is responsible for directing a project team to complete projects on time while maintaining high quality, safety, and customer loyalty. The Senior Electrical Project Manager will ultimately oversee day‑to‑day execution, project controls, engineering, cost, risk, and business management of electrical commercial projects within DPR core markets: Healthcare, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences, Higher Education, and Commercial.Responsibilities Provide overall direction to the project team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.Manage project controls, engineering, cost, risk, and business aspects of assigned projects.Act as the key point of contact with the owner and architect, communicating project status and addressing any issues.Challenge and support the jobsite and self‑perform work team to achieve project objectives.Maintain accountability for project completion and financials, including cost control, billings, and collections.Demonstrate 100% detailed/hands‑on knowledge of project scope.Supervisory Responsibilities Lead all project team members, including Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinators.Provide mentorship, development, and training to foster fast‑paced growth of the team.Required Skills and Abilities Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to identify and resolve complex issues and support team morale.Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.Comprehensive understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., Prolog), accounting cost management software (e.g., CMIC), and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera).A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.Education and Experience 10+ years of Project Management experience within Electrical Commercial Construction.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Experience running multiple complex, highly technical projects preferably within DPR core markets.Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Travel to and from the office as well as assigned job site(s).DPR is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
