Senior Electrical Project Manager
Commercial, Multifamily & Industrial
Location: Denver, Colorado, with projects throughout the Colorado Front Range

Kingdom Contracting is a growing electrical contractor serving Denver and the Front Range. We deliver large multifamily, commercial, industrial, and high-end residential projects with a strong focus on quality, reliability, accountability, and clear communication.
This is a direct, low-bureaucracy environment without unnecessary corporate layers. You will work closely with company managers and owners, have a real voice in decisions, and help lead projects from award through closeout.
The Senior Electrical Project Manager will oversee complex projects, manage client relationships, support field teams, and help drive the company's continued growth.
Position Overview
You will serve as the primary client contact and project leader, coordinating with general contractors, engineers, owners, foremen, journeymen, suppliers, and company leadership.
This position requires strong experience managing large-scale multifamily electrical projects, along with commercial and industrial electrical experience. Candidates must bring deep field knowledge, proven project management ability, and the leadership skills to keep complex projects on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage electrical projects from contract award through final closeout
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, general contractors, engineers, and owners
- Maintain 95% or higher client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Resolve project issues quickly to protect schedules and relationships
- Apply journeyman-level electrical knowledge to installations, troubleshooting, and field decisions
- Ensure work meets NEC, local code, project specifications, and Kingdom Contracting quality standards
- Lead, support, and mentor foremen, journeymen, and field crews
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, permits, and documentation
- Coordinate staffing, crew deployment, and logistics with the Field Operations Manager
- Oversee material purchasing, deliveries, and supplier coordination
- Conduct jobsite inspections and monitor quality, progress, safety, and code compliance
- Identify additional scope and revenue opportunities during project execution
- Prepare accurate change orders and secure timely approvals
- Target 15% in additional annual project revenue through change orders
- Maintain records for contracts, permits, inspections, change orders, and project documentation
- Provide weekly project updates to clients and company ownership
- Enforce OSHA requirements and maintain required safety documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Journeyman Electrician License
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on electrical field experience
- Between 1 and 7 years of project management, project coordination, or related leadership experience
- Strong experience with large-scale or heavy multifamily electrical construction
- Commercial and industrial electrical project experience
- Proven ability to manage complex electrical projects, field teams, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
- Strong ability to read electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code
- Experience with estimating, scheduling, or project management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and perform site inspections, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and client-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Colorado Master Electrician License or Electrical Contractor License
- OSHA 30 certification
- Familiarity with AccuBid, ConEst, Bluebeam, or similar software
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical education or training
- Experience managing large multifamily developments, commercial facilities, or industrial electrical installations
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 position
- Annual salary of $85,000 to $130,000
- Performance bonus eligibility based on change-order revenue and client satisfaction
- Annual performance reviews with opportunities for salary adjustments
