• Nairn Academy - Passivhaus New‑Build Secondary School
• Edinburgh public‑sector & education estate programmes
• St Andrews major institutional education works
• Forres & Fort William regional construction and building‑services programmes
• Other large‑scale BBK building services projects delivered across Scotland
