This role is instrumental in leading and managing the electrical design, planning, and implementation of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, specifically in ground-up, commercial, and electrical safety projects.If you are a team-oriented leader looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we would like to hear from you.Base Salary + Commission.ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of projects from award through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are metManage project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, and monthly reviewsDrive cash flow by submitting accurate billings and quickly processing change ordersPrice, negotiate, track, and collect change orders to maximize project valuePartner closely with Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams to improve productivity and executionStay active in the field to address constructability, production, and safety issues earlyCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries to keep projects movingPlan ahead to avoid delays by managing labor needs and material timelinesBuild strong client relationships and turn them into repeat and negotiated workSupport preconstruction and help transition awarded projects smoothly into executionWork with estimating and leadership to pursue negotiated opportunitiesEnsure safety standards are followed and risks are handled proactivelyMaintain organized and accurate project documentationRepresent the company professionally and take pride in long-term project successQualifications7+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects (commercial and/or industrial)Experience running projects valued at $5M+Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish (schedule, cost, quality, client)Strong financial management experience (forecasting, billing, cost-to-complete, change orders)Track record of building client relationships and winning repeat workHands‑on collaboration with field teams to drive production and safetyExperience mentoring junior staff and working cross‑functionally with estimating and operationsEqual Opportunity Employer StatementJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
